Lynn's Experience:

1986 – 2012
Owner and operator of a small retail business

1994 – present
Twenty years as an Innisfil councillor serving on numerous boards ; RVH, Library Board, Nottawasaga and Lake Simcoe Conservation Authorities, South Simcoe Economic Alliance, Physician Recruitment and Economic Development.

2007 – present
Appointed by the Minister of Environment as one of 19 people in Ontario to chair a committee whose purpose is to protect drinking water

2011 – present
Elected to the board of the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO)

May 2014 – present
Chosen by peers to chair Ontario’s Small Urban Municipalities

August 2014
Appointed to AMO Executive Committee. For the first time ever, Innisfil has a representative at the provincial “MOU” table and a say in any proposal that would have an impact on municipal budgets.
